Just getting on the 77 onramp by your store, the truck hops around. There is still a problem with the front end. I have owned numerous F150, F250, F350 and F450's in the past, most recently a 1999 F250 that I have had for 9 years and recently sold with 262,000 miles. None of these older trucks drove like this one. More
On 4-20-20. I brought in two of my trucks, 2020 Ford F-150 and a 2013 f150. Brought one in for a a basic oil change, was fast and hassle free. Then I started talking to Roy about a recall that I receive F-150 and a 2013 f150. Brought one in for a a basic oil change, was fast and hassle free. Then I started talking to Roy about a recall that I received in the mail about my 2013 ford. Ask him if I could bring it in or have to set an apt. He said just to bring it in and they would take care of it especially if it’s a program problem. So I dropped off the 2020 ford at home came back with the recalled vehicle and he said Yupp just a programmable recall. Took all but 20 min. And I was on my way to work. One of the best experiences Ive had at a service depot. fast, friendly what else can you ask for ? Great job everybody there. More
