oil change came in for an oil change. roy took the car back for the oil change. i got an email about the works for an oil change and other services. the charge came in for an oil change. roy took the car back for the oil change. i got an email about the works for an oil change and other services. the charge was 39.95, but when i went to pay the bill was over 57.00 dollars. i questioned why, i know there were going to be taxes, but i was also told there were other charges. next time you send out an email bout a service, make sure you add all of the other charges so a customer will know what the real charge will be, and be surprised with the extra charge.
