Very clean and friendly staff. My only complaint is my truck sat in the parking lot for over an hour. I had to ask how much longer. Then they started on my truck. I talked to Juan on the phone he was very professional and told me to bring my f150 in next day. I arrived at 1100 the next day and Juan was out. I spoke to Matt and he suggested that I come back the next and told me to bring my f150 in next day. I arrived at 1100 the next day and Juan was out. I spoke to Matt and he suggested that I come back the next day because it would take all day to take care of the recall. I told Matt that he could keep the truck overnight if needed. He acted like i was bothering him and reluctantly he helped me. He calls me back about 2 hrs later to tell me my truck is ready... I thought it was going to take all day ? Customer service was not good. We were told our call would be returned several times and never heard back. We made the service man mad by calling 2 times a day. We were just concerned. Yes we should not have called, but neither of us knew the other had called. I apologized for that to him when I picked up the truck. We felt because he was mad he was putting us off. I contemplated not to write this as he and I have since talked and apologized but still these type of issues will still come up and I believe customer satisfaction is a big part of doing this type of work. I was worried at first because I have a vehicle that I purchased the oil change plan and didn’t want the employee to get mad at us for mentioning this . Don’t want any retaliation for trying to help Ford and it’s employees to remember without the customer you don’t have a job. Our issue is resolved on my end and I believe on his as well. We all have bad days. More
