Employee was awesome and informative I give him 5 stars. However the place it's self was VERY dirty. The waiting area had food on the floor cups and drink bottles were left there and nevet claimed nor gotte However the place it's self was VERY dirty. I brought my 2019 F-250 in for 2 recall repairs. The paper work said it would take half a day for each repair. Roy is the service manager i like to work with. He told me he would get me taken care of as soon as possible. So i got a cup of coffee and found a chair, expecting to be there for at least a few hours or more.
