Customer service was not good. We were told our call would be returned several times and never heard back. We made the service man mad by calling 2 times a day. We were just concerned. Yes we should not would be returned several times and never heard back. We made the service man mad by calling 2 times a day. We were just concerned. Yes we should not have called, but neither of us knew the other had called. I apologized for that to him when I picked up the truck. We felt because he was mad he was putting us off. I contemplated not to write this as he and I have since talked and apologized but still these type of issues will still come up and I believe customer satisfaction is a big part of doing this type of work. I was worried at first because I have a vehicle that I purchased the oil change plan and didn’t want the employee to get mad at us for mentioning this . Don’t want any retaliation for trying to help Ford and it’s employees to remember without the customer you don’t have a job. Our issue is resolved on my end and I believe on his as well. We all have bad days. More

Dishonest I recently had my 2016 F150 in for repair. Bad cylinder head temperature sensor. While at the dealership the passenger side rear door sustained some p I recently had my 2016 F150 in for repair. Bad cylinder head temperature sensor. While at the dealership the passenger side rear door sustained some paint damage. There was an attempt to cover this up but it did not work well. As I have been working from home the truck had been sitting and had been nowhere but the dealership and my drive way. Last week I went to clean out the passenger side front seat. This was the first time I had been on that side of the truck since it returned from the dealership. That is when I discovered the damage. There had been several days pass since it's return from the dealership. I didn't figure it would do any good to complain at that time since several days had passed. The service writer took pictures of the pre-existing condition on the outside when I brought it to you for repair. I'm sure those pictures don't exist anymore. I just won't be using your repair facility any longer. More
