Good experience. Service was completed in a timely manner and I was called when it was ready for pickup. I know that's part of the job but I've had many experiences at other places where they never call and and I was called when it was ready for pickup. As usual, I was there, for an oil change, when the service department opened up and was out the door about 45 minutes later. It was my first big purchase as an adult. I excelled in my career, made more money and thought I was doing something really good and purchased a BRAND NEW 2016 FORD FOCUS WITH 16MILES ON IT! HUGE MISTAKE!! my career, made more money and thought I was doing something really good and purchased a BRAND NEW 2016 FORD FOCUS WITH 16MILES ON IT! HUGE MISTAKE!! Since around 30,000 miles my car has been in the Ford service AT LEAST 7 times (even took it to another Ford place in another town) with the same problems. NEVER has it ran right. Every time it's been in the shop it has been for THE SAME THING: TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS!!! At one point I was told to replace my battery terminals that would cost $400 as that is the reason for it hesitating when going for 1st to 2nd gear! Im not stupid and knew that was INCORRECT! It is now back in the shop for the last month and because ford has stopped making the parts for this car, I will not have my car for another month. It was not until a few days ago that I was offered a loaner but not until AFTER I called them and it was made a point to tell me that I am over the coverage for Ford to give me a loaner but bc of these circumstances they will give me one. Go back to my very first service and start from there. A few weeks ago they called me and said my car was ready. I go pick it up very excited. This was on a Tuesday at around 11am that I picked my car up, I drove it 22 miles to my apt and then from there to KFC 3 miles up the road. While sitting in the drive thru my car freaked out, displayed to shut the car off as it is at a hot temperature. Freaked me out. I called ford immediately bc I had just paid $260 not but 35mins ago (deductible plus some other xxxx) I was told to check my coolant LOL. I told them they needed to get a tow truck on their dime and get my car towed. They received my car the next day and have had it since. They had the nerve to tell me these are new problems not to be related to the reason my car was initially brought it.....IM SORRY....WHAT LOL! I could go on and on but for why....no type of customer service has been given. I have initiated EVERY SINGLE CALL TO CHECK UP ON MY CAR. When I've tried to go above their heads to the GM, I get the service manager. Why wasnt my car considered a lemon? Why has no type of solution been made? Is this how you treat your customers? I will never ever say anything good about ford!!! Yall suck!!! I'm not going to slam your workers in this complaint but NO SOLUTION HAS BEEN OFFERED! I'm the GM of a hotel for over 13 years and my guest would go over my head to corporate if they were treated as I have been when it comes to the excuses presented EVERY TIME! So everyone will get a 1 star review! If 1 or 2 employees slack at their job, as a team the whole team slacks. LOOK AT THE PAPERWORK! WHEN THESE INITAL COMPAINTS WERE MADE, IT WAS STILL UNDER FORDS WARRANTY!!! Again, I have a loaner NOW but only after I call and only after I finally say enough is enough. When I picked up the loaner on Tuesday, there was only one person in the last 5 years that made me feel as if my voice was FINALLY being heard and that was Elizabeth Garza! I'm trying really heard to keep it professional but yall are testing my patience!!! I wish I would have went up the road and bought something else from someone else! Shoot, I wish I would have bought from Elizabeth! Retrain in customer service, find more qualified mechanics and when someones vehicle continues to have the same problems, offer a xxxx solution! That is how you save face!!! More
