Service department is great. I have lifetime oil changes through Lithia. Though my vehicle is a Jeep, the Ford service department is much better so I use them instead of the Jeep service department. The service from Ben was really really good the only concern I had with some of the workers not wearing face masks to protect the customers. I took my Ford Explorer in for recall work on luggage rack covers and the took longer then they normally would due to the artic front that affected the whole state.
