It was absolutely horrible. Had my truck towed in on 4-26-2021. Didn't hear anything back until I was finally called back 4-30-2021 evening time. Was told the truck is ready, called back 5-3-2021. Was then told the technician did not even do what was said w was done 4-30-2021. So summary of this issue has made me sale my ford and going to buy a Chevrolet or GMC. I have had this truck since 2016 and purchased the premium extended warranty and was a waste of money. So Ford is absolutely horrible of a company. More

Let me start by saying that every visit prior to this one was great. When arrived I told the service rep that I would like my routine oil change(that went great), I also asked what fluid changes were needed was great. When arrived I told the service rep that I would like my routine oil change(that went great), I also asked what fluid changes were needed since I was over my 100,000 mile mark and I wanted my brakes checked since I pull trailers fairly often. I was told if any fluid flushed were needed I would get a call stating which ones were needed and the costs for them. I also mentioned my check engine light would occasionally come so I would like that checked as well. I got a call saying my truck was ready for pickup. When I arrived I asked what was needed and she handed a maintenance schedule, but that was one of the reasons I dropped my vehicle was to get anything that was needed done. I asked about my brakes and she didn’t know. I asked about my check engine light and she said “what about it” I said I told you when I arrived it was off and on. She handed me a code reader and said all I needed to do was plug it in my truck.(this is something I have never used, which is another reason why I brought my truck in). I asked for a copy of my vehicle check inspection form, which she didn’t put with my receipt. After leaving I realized she had given me someone else’s inspection form. So I returned to get my copy. I know these aren’t major issues, but I usually go to Juan when I walk in and he does an outstanding job from the moment you get there to when you leave the service center and beyond. That didn’t happen that day, I believe the service rep was Cindy Galvan. The oil service was great. More
