After having problems with a 2009 Ram we called ACC and talked with Jeff in the service department. They did everything they could to make repairs to our truck. During the down time they provided a courtesy vehicle and went above and beyond any dealer we have ever worked with. Everything was done in a very timely matter and I always felt like I was a priority, even though I knew they were very busy. When I took the car for a test drive I noticed a few things wrong that the dealership hadn't, but those were all quickly fixed before the purchase and at no added cost. I did pay a bit much considering the miles already on the vehicle, but it was worth it for the peace of mind that comes with a good vehicle for South Dakota winters. More
