That was impressive. I have dealt with Aberdeen Chrysler in the past and must say they are the most friendly, helpful employees in Aberdeen South Dakota. This is the second new truck that we have bought in the last 5 years. The negotiations went really well, where we both feel happy about the deal. They delivered the truck since we were out of state. Another real plus is the accessories department called to see if there were other additives we may like. Well, we added mudflaps, side molding, and the biggest item was the HERD brush guard. We always wanted to add a Herd Brush Guard but thought we would have to wait on that expense. They sold them plus got the items on the truck in a day. Wonderful dealership to work with and will shop there again, along with recommending to others.. More

After having problems with a 2009 Ram we called ACC and talked with Jeff in the service department. They did everything they could to make repairs to our truck. During the down time they provided a courtesy vehicle and went above and beyond any dealer we have ever worked with. My boyfriend has also bought vehicles through the Aberdeen Chrysler Center so this place came highly recommended. Doug was very helpful and informative while guiding me through the entire process. Everything was done in a very timely matter and I always felt like I was a priority, even though I knew they were very busy. When I took the car for a test drive I noticed a few things wrong that the dealership hadn't, but those were all quickly fixed before the purchase and at no added cost. I did pay a bit much considering the miles already on the vehicle, but it was worth it for the peace of mind that comes with a good vehicle for South Dakota winters. More
