We had a trade-in and with three other on-line dealers that was a problem, so much so that we (obviously) did not purchase from them. With Taylor and Aberdeen Auto the entire transaction was very smooth, we received a very fair value for our trade and we received a fair price on the new truck. A side note, we requested Taylor take the truck to another business and monitor some after-market add-ons, he did it without hesitation. To top it off Aberdeen Auto delivered the truck to us (454 miles from the Dealership) with no charges, clean and a full tank of gas. Taylor, who deals with online sale, took the time to take pictures of the truck and emailed them to us, and he answered all of our questions. We loved the truck and drove three hours to get it! He was very accomodating with our schedule and when we got to the dealership, our truck was parked upfront ready to test drive. He was very friendly and great to work with!
