Great Experience I was in the business for a new truck but was not wanting to pay an arm and a leg for it. I went to the chrysler Center and was helped immediately. Help on a Saturday afternoon Our FedEx truck broke down on a Saturday afternoon at 4.00 pm. We were 90 miles from home. I called Doug Riley and 10 minutes later he pickup us up an Our FedEx truck broke down on a Saturday afternoon at 4.00 pm. We were 90 miles from home. I brought 2 vehicles in and was a bit disappointed that there were no cars to drive and do som The service center was excellent and treated me right. The taxi driver took us to eat and picked us up with little waiting, he was a very nice gentleman. However: I was looking to purchase 1 of the 2 Chargers you had displayed and actually stood outside by the red one for over a 1/2 hour and after no salesman came over to assist I went inside and stood by the grey one and also sat in it and once again no salesman! I know I could have asked someone, but as customer service goes I should not have to. So sorry you lost out on a great sale!!!! More
