I called to get an oil change and car wash on the spur of the moment and Rachel got me right in. She arranged a ride for me to get to work when the shuttle was already out. When I called after the normal shuttle hours to be picked up, she sent someone for me immediately. She met me at the counter with my keys and paperwork with the same friendly smile she had earlier in the day.
