I came in for service on a recall item (roof rails). I had responded to email from Ford and set an appointment, but the national Ford call center failed to inform the dealership of my appointment. After we both had a turn test driving, the negotion process was pretty quick and easy. The longest part of the transaction was just waiting our turn to finish the deal with financing and sign all the paperwork, as they were having a very busy day selling cars and had stacked up. Max, as well as others, checked in on us frequently during that time to thank us for our patience and make sure we didn't need anything. Mulham took care of us for financing and that process was informative and efficient. Everyone on the team today was courteous, knowledgable, and professional.
