After we both had a turn test driving, the negotion process was pretty quick and easy. The longest part of the transaction was just waiting our turn to finish the deal with financing and sign all the paperwork, as they were having a very busy day selling cars and had stacked up. Max, as well as others, checked in on us frequently during that time to thank us for our patience and make sure we didn't need anything. Mulham took care of us for financing and that process was informative and efficient. Everyone on the team today was courteous, knowledgable, and professional. They got us all set up with the necessary apps for our phone, filled up the gas tank, and washed the car for us to be on our way. Upon my arrival, I did not see the vehicle at the dealership and I proceeded to calling Michael G, because I thought the vehicle had sold. He informed me that he was getting the vehicle detailed prior to my arrival because I had told him I was on the way. I test drove the vehicle with Michael G and asked him why did he provide me with such exceptional customer service even though I was coming from far away. For all he knew I was simply wasting his time. He said that he goes above and beyond for everyone and treats everyone with respect because "You never know who is going to call/show up to the dealership to purchase a vehicle. It could be anyone."
