I have purchased two new trucks from Aaron Ford so far. The purchasing experience went smoothly with no problems. I have left a review previously on that. This review is about the service department. I needed the towing (7 pin harness) checked before I went on a camping trip. I was getting an overload-no brake warning on my brake controller with the trailer connected the morning we were to leave. I knew it was the truck Or the trailer. I had no way of testing the truck. I took a chance and went to Aaron Ford and told them of my situation. Fortunately for me I met the Shop Foreman Billy Simmons on his way into work. I spoke with him and described my situation and problem. In a short time he came out and tested the 7 pin connector and found that it was functioning correctly. That was a big relief. At least I knew the issue was with the trailer and I could take care of that. I really appreciated his taking the time to help me out. He did not have to do that but it says a lot of his customer service. Thanks Billy! More

Tim Brown was my salesperson for my vehicle purchase. Tim was very open and transparent about every step and process. He advocated for me and even when it came time for me to walk away since we couldn't Tim was very open and transparent about every step and process. He went the extra mile and flagged me down before I left and brought in the dealership owner to try to get a better deal for me. Eventually we were able to come to terms. Tim Brown was easy going and never pressured me. While I dislike dealing with dealerships, this was by far the best purchasing experience I've had and it was entirely due to Tim Brown.
