I wanted to take this opportunity to express my apparition and satisfaction with my overall experience during the purchasing, financing and after sale processes at Perry Ford. My first impression with Perry Ford was with a sales associate on June 21, 2102. I stopped in to look at its assortment of trucks when Melvin M. greeted me as I was walking the lot. He was very polite, professional and easy to talk to. At no time did I feel pressured or unwelcome despite my comment to him that I was just looking: a pleasant change from my earlier experiences with both Drew Ford and El Cajon Ford. As things progressed I had an opportunity to meet and work with Perry Ford’s sales manager Doug P. Given the challenges he faced in managing through my circumstances he was always outgoing, very polite and professional. I was equally impressed with Perry Ford’s finance manager, Diego G. He was very outgoing, polite and professional. Both Doug and Diego took the extra time and made the effort to facilitate my needs and to provide the best possible purchasing experience. My overall experience at Perry Ford has been exceptional and not one that I will soon forget. Not only were my purchase experiences positive, my two post sale experiences with its parts department and service department have been equally satisfying. Double thumbs up for its exceptional staff as they made the purchasing experience a pleasant and satisfying one. A special thank you to Mr. Moreno for his attention to detail and laterally hands on work when preparing my truck for delivery, it was greatly appreciated. More

1. Spent nearly 6 hrs at dealership to purchase a new vehicle. 2. Let myself be had by a bate andwitch sort of deal. Deal worked out with Salesman was take all rebates with higher Ford Finance interest vehicle. 2. Let myself be had by a bate andwitch sort of deal. Deal worked out with Salesman was take all rebates with higher Ford Finance interest rate, which was ok since I was going to refinance with my credit union after a couple months at a much lower rate. However, when went in to sign contract, was told they gave up rebates to get me lower interest rate, but payments wouls stay same. What happen here is that they took advantages of my financial situation making the deal benefit them totally. 3. Took nearly 2 weeks for the dealer to pay an after market parts third party after being authorized to do the work and many phone calls latter. 4. Its been 2-weeks since the deal was made and my trade-off is still not paid-off by the dealer and I'm having to continue making payments. 5. Basically lots of promises by the salesperson, the finance manager, and the GM which were misleading or flat out lies. 6. I will never ever do any type of business with Perry Ford of Poway from this day forward no matter what, andtrongly suggest if your're reading this you do the same. More
I always thought that going to the dealership for service was the safe bet. I was originally impressed with Perry Ford for oil changes. However, when my SUV was due for its 30,000 maintenance, the service was the safe bet. I was originally impressed with Perry Ford for oil changes. However, when my SUV was due for its 30,000 maintenance, the service manager quoted me at $650. Thank god I called my husband prior to agreeing to the service. My husband spoke with the service manager on the phone who again quoted us at $650. We called North County Ford to price compare and they offered us the same exact service for $150. Its obvious the guy saw me for a sucker and tried to scam me out of $ (and I almost fell for it!) I will absolutely never go back to Perry, no matter how convenient the location is. More
I applied online and was told I would be pre-approved for X amount of money. I found the vehicle I wanted and the rep refused to adjust the price on the USED vehicle that was so "new" it hadn't even been wa X amount of money. After paying FULL ticket price for the vehicle, I was guaranteed a new molding replacement and a spare key. That was 6 months ago today! I tried calling her numerous times, but she never returned my phone calls. Finally she no longer works at Perry Ford, however, I'll never buy from them again. More
