We went down there, and Blaine was our salesman. This guy new everything about the trucks. I am a good researcher, and there were some things I did not know - but Blaine did!! We fell in love, and even though we were not planning on getting one that day ("just looking"), we drove out with a new truck. SUPER FAIR price on our trade-in, and GREAT price on the truck - probably the best-priced trucks in all of Southern California! My husband has a terminal illness and is unable to drive. I took his truck in for servicing got to the my 8 o’clock appt early was told it would be done at about 9:15 am. At 11:45 am the truck was finally done after I asked the service advisor 2or3 times where’s the truck. I was the last person in the waiting room to leave. I’m a senior citizen I will never go back to Aaron Ford Poway. With their disorganized rude customer care policies they won’t last long. There are to many other auto servicing businesses that will want our business. Management better wake-up! More
