Brought vehicle to dealer to my because this issue with the transmission is an ongoing issue with the make of the car. Ford is unable to correctly fix the transmission issue plaguing the Ford Focus. If it wasn’t a class action issue I would have gone elsewhere. Service was ok. Got very little in way if updates. Price was ridiculous. Keys to some other vehicle were left in my vehicle when I picked it up. An hour after I paid and left they called to advise the cashier under charged me and I still owed $160. I have owed 5 Ford vehicles in my lifetime and this will be the last. More
