Sales where great. The service department less than expected. Service needs signage badly, and nobody greeted us in service we wsited over 15 minutes waiting for anybid The service department less than expected. Denny said he would fix the paint problem but i have never heard a word from him in over a week. i am so far very dissapointed in service. Was given a nonsense excuse of why the service department cannot fix the problem! Service writer has never called me back when I’ve left numerous messages for him. I have now been on the phone with support t cannot fix the problem! Service writer has never called me back when I’ve left numerous messages for him. I have now been on the phone with support to help fix the problem. I will be taking my truck elsewhere for all following services. Really is unfortunate as I live so close to Gosch. If someone can properly explain to me why a brand new truck cannot be fixed after I paid extra for the feature that is not working for a year now that would be great.
