Useless. Had a smog code problem on my 1998 F150. Service rep said they could diagnose. A day later he calls and says they can't work on it - too old - they d Had a smog code problem on my 1998 F150. I was told I couldn’t get tires until early March, however I talked to another service advisor and he got me in the next day. I picked it up and my seatbelt was jammed. They took it in the back and managed to fix it after about 15-20 min. Couldn’t fix the rattle in my dash. And a nut fell on my foot from under the dash. I’m done with them. The advisor was very nice and seemed to care though. More
