Took in my truck for recalls and for other issues. It’s been over a month and still haven’t heard back regarding the parts needed. I was told by the service agent that he would get back to me within a It’s been over a month and still haven’t heard back regarding the parts needed. I was told by the service agent that he would get back to me within a week!! I called a few days ago and spoke with the receptionist to see what was taking so long. She mentioned she would email him to let him know to give me a call back asap….still haven’t heard back from the service agent. Poor customer service. More
