This is the second time I filed out the questionnaire. I was very unhappy with the service this time. I took the car in for routine oil change at ten a.m. and said I would be back at four to pick it up. A I was very unhappy with the service this time. Neither of these services were done between 10;00 am and 4:00pm. A mandated recall repair was done and I appreciate that but the work I brought my car in for was not done. Many apologies were expressed and a rescheduled service appt is now scheduled for Friday, March 10. The “change oil” light was on on the dash and I am surprised the maintenance work was not done.
