I was extremely disappointed in the fact that I brought my vehicle in for a broken axle bolt which turned out to be a recall that I had no notification of. Something like that could have been catastrophic my vehicle in for a broken axle bolt which turned out to be a recall that I had no notification of. Something like that could have been catastrophic and I found it myself. I told the service agent that after I found the broken bolt that the brakes on that wheel were squealing. He was dismissive in his response and tone and told me that they were semi metallic and that they make more noise than usual. I explained that i only noticed it right after I found the broken bolt and that it's only from that specific wheel. He then said that it was notated. More
