I was extremely disappointed in the fact that I brought my vehicle in for a broken axle bolt which turned out to be a recall that I had no notification of. He was dismissive in his response and tone and told me that they were semi metallic and that they make more noise than usual. I explained that i only noticed it right after I found the broken bolt and that it's only from that specific wheel. He then said that it was notated. More
