My service advisor did a phenomenal job. My appointment was for an oil change, while there I remembered I needed a quote on my sun visor that randomly fell off. Although a great deal in that moment I wasn’t able to purchase the package. I appreciate the fact that she is knowledgeable in products and wanted to help me save money. She updated me on the status of my truck while I waited. I’m usually with Max who always does a great job but she nailed it this visit. More

Very friendly and willing to work with you come down if you’re interested in buying a new are used car 10/21/23 adding to my review so I had some issues with the doge charger 06 so my wife took it in on you’re interested in buying a new are used car 10/21/23 adding to my review so I had some issues with the doge charger 06 so my wife took it in on the 16 they kept it two days my wife picked it up the 18 she told me that one of the managers drove it home to make sure there’s was no issues with the car took it to work the 19 and it was fine Friday the 20 the same issue came back I was mad because they told me that they fixed the problem not only that one of managers drove the car home… I guess not a big deal if he was truly trying to make sure the problem was fixed I guess, came home called the dealer in they have no paperwork on the car ever being there I talked to Jose he was very nice and was trying to figure out why there no paperwork on the car being at dealer for two days Jose asked if I could seen him a picture of paperwork but they didn’t give my wife any paperwork I’m just trying to get my car fixed that’s all ps I’ll keep you guy’s posted as to what’s going on More
I was referred to Aaron a few years ago by a good friend who told me to go see Max because I was extremely unhappy with the dealership I'd been using for a number of years. I had a major issue that needed t who told me to go see Max because I was extremely unhappy with the dealership I'd been using for a number of years. I had a major issue that needed to be addressed and even though it was under warranty, it was going to require a service rep who could spend a little time submitting the information to Chrysler so the warranty could be honored. Max wound up being my guy! Ultimately my truck required a brand new engine, to which I was totally would take a little over a week to get done. 3 days later they called me up to say that my truck would be ready the next day!!! They did an amazing job! The only reason I do not have that truck anymore is because I traded it in to buy a new one. I live all the way in Redlands and sometimes it can be hard to take my vehicles all the way to Max, but I have found out the hard way that is absolutely worth it! As an example, I took my brand new truck to Moss for its first oil change. 2 months later I find out that it's leaking from the oil filter. It's very obvious what was wrong, Moss had a guy doing oil changes who was absent from school on "Oil filter day" and failed to pay attention to the fact that you got to take off the old gasket. Since then, I just don't take any chances. This time I had a couple of warranty issues that needed to be addressed and Max noticed that my truck needed new tires already. I was planning on getting them done at Sam's Club, but he came back with VERY competitive pricing, so I went ahead and let Aaron take care of that too! I truly love working with Max at Aaron Chrysler in Norco, even though it's a distance away, nothing can take away from excellent customer service across the board! More
