Dealing with Alex gave us a horrible experience. He constantly tried to manipulate numbers and figures to pretend her was giving us a deal. He continued to rebuttal with us the he was working a deal to the point that I would break down the numbers step by step before he would then agree and say "oh I guess you are right. He continued to go back and forth to his manager and changed the trade in value three times. He stated his manager looked at our car and offered 3500.00 then he later came back and stated his manager said he would only give us 1000.00. After going back an forth we walked out and said call us if you can make the deal work and we wanted 4000.00 trade in value and the paperwork shows only 3620.00. Alex also asked if we were Costco Members and asked for our membership card which we supplied to him and we received no discount. Alex stated that this discount would be 200.00. When I later went to Costco they stated their invoice price is 37,577.00 and what we received is an invoice price of 39,020.00 (this was also during their Memorial Day Sale which was to include 2500.00 cash back where I dont see anywhere in my paperwork. When we initially walked in we didnt want to test drive the car because we already knew what we wanted. This should have been a pleasant and straight forward transaction but instead it felt like that was constant manipulation throughout the entire process. Lake Chevrolet has had to replace my front bumper because it wasnt flush on the driver side and I was told that something was ripped. Also the driver door doesnt align correctly nor does it shut correctly. I am now starting to think the car was damaged at some point on the lot. Also both rear windows rub and squeak when rolling them up or down. In speaking with my service person at Lake Chevy he indicated that the frame of the car isnt 100% correct and it the reason my door will not close correctly. He also informed me that the bumper on the car shouldnt have ever left the factory on the car in its condition. More

When i arrived to the dealer i had no idea what i was looking for or how i was going to get it. I truly felt like he was really trying to help me get the best deal not just make a sale. I am so thankful for this experience and an awesome sales guy like Alex who brings a good name to car sales.
