Dropped off my 2020 2500HD Duramax Truck for warranty work. A month later I call them to find out what is going on, they tell me my engine is in pieces on the ground and did this without my approval. GM tells me its covered and Service manager tells me it is not covered. Aaron Chevrolet now wants to give me back my truck in pieces and looking for money. Poor service, I have to call them and bug them to find out whats going on. Service manager tells you one thing and them denies it later. Can't be trusted. They have my truck for 6 weeks and still has engine pieces on the ground. I have 3829 miles More

We arrived a bit early for our appointment but Rickuy took care of us right away. I was worried about another appointment I had made but my oil change was done with the galf hour. The dealer ship is old and outdated. The waiting area is outdated , there are no snacks, the TV service provider is horrible.
