They were very pleasent and thoughtful. I arrived about 10 minutes early and they had my truck serviced within 30 minutes. Service doesn't get better than that. I had a very disappointing experience with Aron Chevrolet. I brought my truck in for repairs, hoping to get it fixed, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. The staff was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. Despite explaining the issues multiple times, they didn’t seem to take it seriously. After leaving my truck there for days, I picked it up only to find that nothing had been fixed. I expected better customer service and expertise. I would not recommend this dealership to others. More

I never received a call when my truck was ready. I dropped off my truck on Monday afternoon for service on Tuesday. Never received a call on Tuesday as it was promised on Tuesday.
