Briana was awesome during the process of having my vehicle fixed. She communicated updates often without me having to feel like I needed to reach out for updates. I had a very disappointing experience with Aron Chevrolet. I brought my truck in for repairs, hoping to get it fixed, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. The staff was unhelpful and seemed disin Chevrolet. I brought my truck in for repairs, hoping to get it fixed, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. The staff was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. Despite explaining the issues multiple times, they didn’t seem to take it seriously. After leaving my truck there for days, I picked it up only to find that nothing had been fixed. I expected better customer service and expertise. I would not recommend this dealership to others. More
