I want to start off by saying i would give 4-5 stars for the service department: Briana, Mark specifically. They were amazing and continue to assist me throughout this process. I’ve owned the truck 3 months now and it is back in the service center. First time was for a valve body replacement in the transmission (I drove approx: 1000 miles). Wasn’t happy about how this went down. Then I washed the truck and notice a wet spot in the cab roof. This was clearly there before I bought it. The roof has stains from potentially years of sitting in the rain or being washed that the previous owner didn’t fix. I’m not sure at this point if there is potential rust potential. Now the truck is back at the service department for potential transmission shudder issue. I was informed that I need to pay $800 for the “triple flush” job that “might” fix the issue. If it doesn’t then they will investigate more. I also had them take a look at that leak in the roof, I was told a full rear window replacement is $890 and GM with contribute 10%…. I feel like I was bamboozled with a truck that was plagued with issues and resold to me. The window leaked was fixed and covered by GM out of warranty thankfully. I ended up getting the Triple flush done. so far the issue is still not resolved. I will be taking the truck back again for the transmission to be looked at and potentially fixed. During this process i was hoping to speak to a manager about potential buyback and getting another vehicle from this same dealership so i was transferred to Tim. After talking to Tim he told me that its sold As Is and the best they could do is buy it back from me at the depreciated cost after they see the vehicles condition and that i would have to take a hit. I tried talking to him more about options but then at some point in the conversation he accused me of recording the conversation and said he would go after me with legal action because it’s a felony to record a conversation without telling the person you are recording. I in fact was not recording I was on speaker phone with him and trying to talk to my wife about how we should respond to him. He said he "heard an echo" but when I got upset for being accused of something I didn’t and can’t even do on my device he told me I should be calm and he was trying to help and be calm on his end because he wants me to be happy. I am far from happy and just wanted my truck back. More

I took my Tahoe in for an oil change and two issues which were covered by my extended warranty. They replaced a motor mount and the info/radio screen. Taylor was very helpful and professional and he got me a were covered by my extended warranty. They replaced a motor mount and the info/radio screen.
