Out of State Purchase I saw a BMW online and thought it looked very nice in the pictures and I was able to review the Carfax before making a decision to see it up close. Luckily I was driving from Louisiana on the way back home to North Carolina so I had a chance to stop in. I called a couple of times to confirm the vehicle was there and it was. After establishing the time they would be in I made sure to be there when they opened to ensure the vehicle didn't get away. I had already done my research and knew the price was very good. On my arrival I told them who I was and they immediately took me to the car. I was impressed with the inventory of high end cars and other vehicles inside one building. All of the vehicles were clean as well as the warehouse. They were able to move the car out for my inspection and answered all my questions. No pressure no questioning me except for asking if I wanted to test drive it. After driving I came back to the office and was asked if I liked it. The car checked out great so of course I did. We looked at the Carfax again was told let me know what you want to do. Again no pressure. I decided to buy and everything was explained to me. They even agreed to ship the car to me in NC which made it easier for me. I stayed in contact the whole time via text all the way to registering in NC. They really took care of me and actually overpaid taxes to DMV and when I brought that to their attention the check for the correct amount was mailed same day. No issues great experience. Highly recommended. More

Adam and Abrar (the brothers that own Ax Auto), were upfront and honest answering any and all questions about the cars we were interested in. Car prices were more than fair and there were no hidden surprise charges. The purchase was quick and easy. Ax Auto took care of everything, including registration, title, temp plates, insurance, warranty and financing. After the purchase, they delivered the car to our home (over an hour away). We received a follow-up phone call to make sure everything was fine. They quickly addressed any questions or issues we had and we're always available to talk or help. All things considered, this was the best car buying experience we've ever had, from start to finish. More

The Best Service I've Ever Had Purchasing A Vehicle My wife and I had the greatest experience during the entire process. Normally purchasing a vehicle can be a bit stressful at times but AX Auto took al My wife and I had the greatest experience during the entire process. Normally purchasing a vehicle can be a bit stressful at times but AX Auto took all the stress out of the process. It began with the pleasant greeting from receptionist on the show room floor, all the way until my wife and I closed the deal. Abrar took us from greeting through a list of options and didn't settle until he got my wife and I the best interest rate I have ever had in my life. Abrar also cared enough not to keep hitting my credit score with all the finance companies but change direction to go outside of the box to close the deal. Only someone with experience and empecable knowledge could have pulled this off. We are extremely happy with our purchase. More
