Amazing....😁 I had a great experience with AX auto....I was searching for my dream car and came across the website offering my exact car for 10k below value. I did I had a great experience with AX auto....I was searching for my dream car and came across the website offering my exact car for 10k below value. I didnt even read why I just called immediately being excited about the price. I spoke to Abrar, he told me EVERY DETAIL about the car holding back nothing. Immediately i was like NO! I dont want this rebuilt title car. However upon having more conversations with Abrar, and doing my own independent research for hours at a time, i discovered that this is "a thing" and people have gotten amazing deals on rebuilt title cars..... So I started to consider all the facts as well as all the reviews about the company good or bad. At one point I wanted to cancel (thank God I didnt) and Abrar did not pressure but offered me to come down to GA (i live in NC) to test drive as well as get my own inspection. Which was completed at Infiniti and they found 1 issue which was a dusty filter! So after that, I was completely sold. I loved the fact I was able to express my concerns and i didnt get a BS salesman response. I got realness and upfront answers. So my advice, do your research make an informed decision and I guarantee you will have a wonderful experience. AX Auto was so patient with me I could not believe the amout of time he waited for me to decide. He checked periodically but again no pressure and he always said "let me know whatever you decide im here call me anytime"....he was not hard up for a sale bc trust me this car would have been gone if I didnt get it one way or the other. Infiniti Q60 2017..... just a beautifully built car for over 10k below what I would pay anywhere else. I invested in the extra 100k mile warranty and gap insurance which with that, still made my purchase WAY below the value of the car alone. Thanks again Abrar for making this so smooth!!! Amin was the first greet us and pull out the car we were interested in and did a great job. We went for a test drive and identified a few items we wanted changed no problem ! Then we were helped by Abrarr this guy was fantastic he knew everything about the vehicle took care of all the paperwork then explained everything to me about the operation of the vehicle. THE WORST DEALERSHIP!! Run Update: If i could leave negative stars i would. This was my first car buying experience and my first mistake was buying out of state. This car was listed as a smoke free vehicle in the listing on the website. I asked all the proper questions. I asked if it had both keys. they said it had one. I asked the condition of the tires and word for word from the text message " Tires Brand new. Almost brand new." The video of the vehicle described it as very clean inside. Outside of the vehicle described and shown as in perfect condition no out of the ordinary scratches, no real scratches. Well upon arrival as you open the door you get smacked in the face with tobacco smell. The whole car was filthy. You could feel the grime on the whole inside. The car smelled like an ash tray. There was not even enough gas in the car to make it a mile and a half to the nearest gas station. The roof had two giant gashes on it along with one above the driver side door and the back window had scratches. Tires were anything but new. Two had flat spots and beyond the wear level. The other two had nails in them. The one key was actually just a key Fob. Missing the actual key to the vehicle. No way to lock the glove box or get into the car if the Fob died. No car manual. No spare tire. The real shocks are going bad. For a car with only 30,000 miles on it, the amount of issues already is alarming. I immediately contacted the sales guy and told him about all of these issues. He refunded me a mere $100 towards the detailing and key.... The removal of the smoke was $200 alone. The key ford quoted at $200. While the $100 was appreciated it did not even begin to cover the car problems i got stuck with. The amount of money i had to pour into this vehicle, i could have got a year newer in state. The car sales guy Eric said they dont guarantee new tires and that since i didnt list issues on the transport sheet i am out of luck. This was my first car purchase and car transport. I was told to sign the sheet and hand them a check. I was not advised of all these other issues. Honestly avoid at all costs. I posted this two weeks ago and zero contact was made. No contact was made when i purchased the car and listed all the issues i had with it. They simply only contacted to get payment of taxes. THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONLY THE MONEY. They are liars! do yourself a big favor and go to a real dealership. More
