Cortez had very poor manners, being very stand offish. Treated the test drive as an opportunity to show off his ego. Overpriced as well, with the car I was looking at still sitting on their lot because of Treated the test drive as an opportunity to show off his ego. Said there was no wiggle room, said they could maybe drop the price by maybe $500. He then proceeded to call his boss on speaker phone, where they performed this cute little skit where said “boss” says they can take $1,000 off, making it seem like you’re getting a good deal. A very smooth tactic I’m sure they’ve been practicing a lot since it seemed perfect. All I can say is these guys know how to take good pictures, and that’s about it. More
