Found the Car I wanted Great service in finding the car that I wanted. Found it at auction within 48 and brought it on the lot for my consideration. Brian was my salesman, never pushy and easy to reach. Car was priced higher than I requested but I was pleased at the quick delivery so did not complain. Follow up service from the repair shop was not so great. I requested to have the frayed and tattered seat belt and door seal replaced. They consented and when I went to drop the car off and was presented with a loaner, it was horrific. The windshield was cracked beyond visibility, the car was filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke so of course I didn't take it and said I would come back on a later date. Came back and the door seal was the wrong one, replaced the seat belt but did not function correctly. Was told I would get a call to follow up with the correct seal but that was 60 days ago. Took the car to another shop and they fixed the seat belt. I gave them a 4 because if you want a car that you don't see on the lot I believe they go all out to find what you want. Do not recommend the service. Jeremiah was kind enough to give me his card to ensure that service was completed and I appreciated that but there was no follow up to ensure the loop was closed. More

Update - poor experience Update: After asking for the dealer to put "and/or" as it relates to our names on the title, they failed to. As a result, I wasted over two hours at t Update: After asking for the dealer to put "and/or" as it relates to our names on the title, they failed to. As a result, I wasted over two hours at the DMV trying to register my vehicle and increased the stress level as we tried to work through the mess. This turned an average buying experience into below average. Was able to buy a good car at a reasonable price. Dealership experience was ok. The deal was made the night before, but upon arrival in the early AM, paperwork that could have been prepared the night before wasn’t. In addition, I asked that the electric car be charged the night before, but it wasn’t. The detail guys did a nice job, but the car had a half empty tank of gas when I drove it off the lot in addition to a half empty battery. The paperwork, filling gas/batteries and title is not exactly rocket science, but it certainly would have improved experience. The seller was pleasant to deal with. More
