2013 Camry SE My daughter and I went to several shops yesterday to look for a car for her. We went to ARC to look at 2 Camry's that we found on-line. Brian Cobb had emailed me and when I got there he was busy so Justin helped me for a bit and then it looked like he wouldn't have time to finish so Michael Cummings stepped in. He set us up for a test drive. We heard an odd noise so we brought the car back and the Owner was there so he put the car on the lift. We quickly diagnosed that the air filter cover was not properly connected. It was nice to see that the entire team works together. We ended up buying the car and were out of there fairly quickly. Good experience. Nice folks. Would go back again in future. More

The process was easy and the Honda Odyssey we bought was fairly priced. ARC does have a couple of things on the car that needs to be fixed (a lamp switch and DVD system) but promised that would be done as soon as the parts come in, hopefully next week. :) We are very happy with our experience. Salesman was great The salesman that we had, Brian Cobb, was a lot of help and very friendly. However, We were there at the end of the night and when I asked my husband The salesman that we had, Brian Cobb, was a lot of help and very friendly. However, We were there at the end of the night and when I asked my husband to check out the bottom of the car before the final signature the staff ( The gentleman who completed our papers and took our money) that was there proceeded to throw papers on the shelf and mock my request of my husband checking the car, shaking their heads and discussing the situation loudly and rudely. when asked if it were a problem, I got ignored and they shook their heads and walked away. I have never seen such disrespectful actions shown to a customer before and overall ruined my experience at the dealer resulting in me not recommending it to family and/or friends. Thank you Brian, for all your help and understanding of the issue, you were the only reason I did not walk out. More

I felt no pressure sales like most dealers, which is good because high pressure sales are a huge disappointment to me. More
