Went up to buy a car from them a couple of months ago expecting a nice car from what I was seeing in the photos. Immediately upon arrival the pressure to buy was very high, excuses like “this car just do expecting a nice car from what I was seeing in the photos. Immediately upon arrival the pressure to buy was very high, excuses like “this car just doesn’t fit in at our dealership” we’re made. The car was not well detailed and had a number of issues left out of the description. They produced a lot of paperwork and won’t move on price at all despite what was found and pointed out during the test drive. They will take advantage of you at every opportunity they get. 10/10 would not recommend anyone buy from them. More
I just bought a 2006 Audi A3 at APX and I can say that my experience thus far has been tremendous! Jack and Lamar have done a great job of getting me photos and videos of the car and of letting me know what experience thus far has been tremendous! Jack and Lamar have done a great job of getting me photos and videos of the car and of letting me know what little flaws DID exist in the car (it was inexpensive so I did not figure it to be perfect, though it nearly is). This is the first time I purchased a car online and thus far the process has been easy. They have been very helpful and I would highly recommend APX. I will update this review as the paperwork is completed once I get the A3, but thus far the experience has COMPLETELY taken the worry out of buying a car from half of American away! 5-star sales service! Thank you Jack! More

I went in with my single cab diesel pickup as trade in, needing a bigger truck for my upcoming twins and business. The truck was posted as “fully rebuilt engine” and was told this many times while looking at the truck. When I went into the office to do paperwork on what seemed to be a truck with a bran new engine, there were a few red flags that came up that I should have taken more serious. Billy moved very fast and did not give appropriate time to read all the documents. I asked to take them home and come back the next day and billy told me no. That he couldn’t honor the same deal the next day. Eager to get into what was supposed to be the new truck for my new family, he convinced me to buy a aftermarket warrantee that covers engine and transmission to ease my mind. Also telling me if I have any problems to just cal and he will fix it or make it rite. I trusted him and went ahead with the paperwork. Bad idea. After getting home, the following day I had about 4 codes come on the dash and things started to go south. Billy told me to take the truck to a previous shop that had worked on the truck and not to him. 2 weeks later after taking the truck to that shop I had a major injector failure. Took it to the shop and my warrantee that he sold me wouldn’t cover it. Billy would not respond to any calls or texts after I had reached out the first time. I started really going thru my paperwork and realized he shorted me 4k on my trade in, after looking me in the eyes and agreeing to a set price. Now With no vehicle to drive, I payed out of pocket for the shop to replace the injectors as per diagnosis. The shop did the repairs and called me to tell me the engine blew up on the test drive, and a new engine is 18k installed. I had to go pay 6k out of pocket to go pick up my blown up truck. I have reached out to apx with no response. As of now I’m 28k in debt on a truck that needs 18k to move again after putting 6k in repairs just 3 weeks after purchase. Plates expired a month ago and no new plates or new temps. Still no response from dealer on any of it. I HIGHLY recommend staying far away from apx and their partner company trucks plus. Most shady salesman I have ever encountered. They will say anything to make you feel good about the purchase, but billy is a con artist. Sorry for the long read, but worth it if considering buying a vehicle there More
