Louis was not like a salesman at all. He had a very personal approach and did not put on any pressure when it came to the actual purchase. He allowed me to test drive and asked me of any issues when I personal approach and did not put on any pressure when it came to the actual purchase. He allowed me to test drive and asked me of any issues when I returned with the vehicle. There even was a issue that he repaired in order to make the sale. It even took him a few days to complete it. Any other dealer would have said take it or leave it "as is". If anything that can be done, Louis is the one to do it. The paperwork closing the deal was very simple and I since they are a USAA certified dealer, I even got a discount on my rate. I got a couple hundred more bucks off as well. Either way, they did good business. I can't see this place trying to screw you over like some other salesman. I think they actually like to keep a respectable reputation. I can't speak for the other salesman but I would just ask for Louis to be safe. More
