I am a young girl so I walked in feeling defensive and wary that I might be taken advantage of, but as soon as I met Louis I immediately felt at ease. He gave me no reason not to trust him and never pressured me to make a decision. Louis and Alex stayed with me for many hours going through the process well after the dealership closed, answering all my questions and showing me lots of information. Louis even helped me find all the loose change in my old car before I left. Since the sale I have had questions a few times (bought from out of state so needed to send some things back and forth) and they have been very responsive and recognize me by name when I call. I feel that I got a better deal than I would find anywhere else and that A Plus Motors is made up of very hard working, honest people. A Plus Motors is a gem and I wish them all the best! More

I went that same day to take a look at the vehicle and to test drive it. When I arrived I was greeted by a salesmen who asked Louis to work with me. Louis was very friendly and easy to work with. The entire process went very smoothly. I also dealt with Alex to have my vehicle appraised for a trade-in and to finalize the sale reviewing all of the paperwork involving financing, DMV, Gap insurance, etc. Both Alex and Louis were exactly the type of car salesmen you would like to work with when purchasing a vehicle.
