But the vehicle was at another of the company sites (Pennsylvania), a fact discovered and conveyed quickly so that my time wouldn't be wasted. They did have another of the same make, model and year, so, few days later I decided to drop by the dealership, whose website I had looked over and determined they had a decent, cusomer-oriented approach to selling cars. George and I looked at a few vehicles and narrowed the search to one. Haggling was minimal. I have a very clean, new-to-me car at a great price and a feeling of peace on earth, good will to man thanks to George Dzagania and Alex Diani. More

They allowed me to take the car to my mechanic who determined that the car was in excellent condition throughout. Their only comment was that with new tires and repainting a key mark on one door, the car would look brand new. When I showed the report to, "A Plus Motors," I was told that new tires had already been ordered and, the scratch was scheduled to be repaired. They also aligned the front end. We love the car! Finding the perfect car was just part of our experience. We were also very fortunate to work with Louis Acheampong. He is a true professional. He was knowledgable about the car, and helpful with our trade-ins. He has an easy going manner, and a can-do attitude. Louis made the experience stress free and he was always accommodating to our schedules. We traded 2 cars in on the BMW, and Louis, went so far as to drive me home so that we could pick up the second trade-in. Louis was at all times dependable, honest, helpful, hard-working and accommodating. He is a man of his word. Wow, an honest used car salesman I'd like to leave a little review of my dealings with A Plus Motors and Mr. Rahi in particular. Mr. Rahi is not your typical used car salesman. H I'd like to leave a little review of my dealings with A Plus Motors and Mr. Rahi in particular. Mr. Rahi is not your typical used car salesman. He was very professional and low key. There were no hard pressure sales tactics whatsoever. I had picked out a 2007 Lincoln town car. I came out on Wednesday and I didn't have a lot of time as I had to return a company rental van. I just wanted to take a quick look at the car and informed Mr. Rahi that I would have someone bring me back on Saturday when I would have more time to thoroughly check out the Lincoln and take a test drive. On Thursday of the same week Mr. Rahi's manager sent me an email with a credit application. In the email Mr. Rahi's manager offered to provide me with a ride from Washington, D.C. to Fairfax,VA. As you can imagine the ride I had arranged for Saturday fell thru. I called Mr. Rahi first thing Saturday to see if the Lincoln was still there and if the offer of a pick-up from my house to the Dealer was still available. Mr. Rahi informed me that he could not send anyone for me,but, if I caught a cab that the Dealer would pay for the cab. True to his word, Mr. Rahi paid for the cab. In closing I just want to say the reason I chose A Plus Motors and Mr. Rahi is from all the positive reviews that I read online. I had checked out quite a few other Dealers and they all had bad reviews. Mr. Rahi and A Plus Motors lived up to all the positive reviews I read. They treated me professionally and courteously. I was really nervous that I will get ripped off. I worked with Shaiq Rahi, a professional young man with a wonderful customer service skills that impressed me. He had to deal with several customers simultaneously. He patiently took the time to answer all my questions regarding the car and I test drove. Shaiq had full knowledge about the car. As a non - technical person, I didn't know much about the engine and other important parts of the car. His clear communication skills helped me understand more about the car. He is a fantastic and helpful person to deal with. All the good words he said about the car was proofed when I took it for Maryland Inspection. The inspector in Maryland was surprised about the car. He was trying to find a problem in the car but he couldn't. The car passed MD inspection easily. I had to fix nothing as everything was already taken care of by "A Plus Motors" I am satisfied with "A Plus Motors" services and it's professional staff member Shaiq Rahi.
