We were in the process of coming to a final agreement when managenent had other thoughts and refused to budge. During that moment we opted to visit our last option on our list and I'm so glad we did. We had called ahead and without them ever seeing us we were met by name at the door. The rest is history.This is one, if not the most professional dealerships I have ever worked with. We lived a 140 miles away and the couple oh concerns I had were taken care of at my home qualified dealership and they covered the cost. They have the correct name A Plus Auto. More

The salesman, Rahi was there and immediately introduced himself. The car was being showcased, but I took the car for a test drive and loved it. I was given great service. Rahi knew that I was only interested in that particular car, although the had other Mercedes on the lot. Within a few h.ours of my arrival time, I was driving home in my new car. It was well worth the drive from Silver Spring, MD. More

I had a great experience!! I found my car online through Cars.com, It's a 2006 Hyundai Sonata Lx. It was listed with only 86,000 miles and it was for just under $8,000. As is I I found my car online through Cars.com, It's a 2006 Hyundai Sonata Lx. It was listed with only 86,000 miles and it was for just under $8,000. As is I was looking at about $835 in fees and taxes, that part is with any dealer, so I couldn't complain about that. I looked over the car and the only thing I was able to find wrong with it were that the tire treads were a little low, the driver's side mirror stuck a little, and that the car only came with one set of keys. Right off the bat, the manager Mike Kim took $600 off for the tires and mirrors. Then he offered to reduce it by an additional $100 for the missing set of keys. I haggled once. Only once. I asked for an additional $40.59 off the price to even it up to exactly $8100. Mr. Kim agreed that it was a fair price and we shook hands on the deal. That took care of the difference in fees and taxes right there. From there I spoke with George Dzagania. He helped me with the paperwork. He was very kind and helpful. At the financial end of it, I met with Jimmy Diani. He submitted the application with the bank with my downpayment and the bank came back with an interest rate of only 4.9%, which may sound high for a new car, but for a used car that is nine years old, it's actually a wonderful rate. I walked out with a payment of $142 a month for five years. I had a great experience and I would recommend A Plus Motors to anyone. I shopped around a lot. I looked at over 400 Hyundai Sonata LX's over the course of two months. I am not an easy person to please. I knew exactly what I wanted and I wouldn't settle for anything less. So when I found this car at A Plus Motors, I checked everything. Mechanically, it was very sound. The few issues that it did have were adjusted for in the price. When you need a car, talk to Mike Kim. He is an Honorable and Knowledgeable man. Make sure to talk to him directly when you get to A Plus Motors. More
Retraction of Previous Review of A Plus Motors Dear Louis, I am sorry to say that I am going to have to retract my previous high service rating regarding my experience in buying the BMW X5 from Dear Louis, I am sorry to say that I am going to have to retract my previous high service rating regarding my experience in buying the BMW X5 from A Plus Motors. Though you did get the cracked washer fluid tank fixed, I should have seen this issue as a sign as to the over all condition of the vehicle. I travel a lot for work so I was not able to do until last week what I should have done before buying the car. Which is have a real BMW mechanic look at its condition. As a result, I just paid over $7,000 to get critical items fixed (including the horrible tires you put on) that BMW agrees would have been caught by any dealer before excepting this vehicle as a trade in by the previous owner. I know what you will say. "Why didn't you call me? I could have had this fixed for you....." I did not call you because after seeing the scope of the problems and realizing you let me drive off the lot with those problems, I no longer trusted you or A Plus with fixing a vehicle that would transport my wife and 2 year old daughter. This point is less about how much I paid and more about the fact the problems were there at all. If you remember, you represented this vehicle as being in good condition with no knowledge of any problems including the cracked washer fluid tank. Even if you yourself did not realize the vehicle was in bad shape, someone in your organization did and had no problem misrepresenting the vehicle to be in better shape than it was. My guess is that you gave the previous owner a very low price for the trade in given it was in very bad condition, then you fixed nothing and sold it to me as if it was in good condition. This type of behavior is a shame and is the reason why people do not trust used car sales people from small dealers such as A Plus Motors. I for one will never buy from A Plus Motors or any similar dealer again. It is best to stay with honest dealers from real dealerships that actually think beyond the current transaction. Dont worry, I am not asking for anything. I signed on the dotted line. So the car is mine to deal with. Louis, I like you as a person, but you have to understand that in this day and age of easy access to information, the short term gain of screwing me over by a few thousand dollars is not going to be worth the hit on your reputation or that of A Plus Motors. I know you have only been with A Plus Motors for a short time and it looks as though you have had a good sales record for a long time before joining them. If I was you, I would find an honest dealer to work for as I doubt this will be the last bad review you receive stemming from their questionable business decisions. By the way, I have paid off the car completely and am now looking for an honest dealer to sell me a second car, cash. If you worked for a different dealer, I would still consider bringing you my business......... More
