These people are crooks. They made me drive 2 hours and then jacked up the price of the car $5000 more then what it was listed for. I specifically asked about extra fees over the phone and i was told that then jacked up the price of the car $5000 more then what it was listed for. I specifically asked about extra fees over the phone and i was told that the fees would be $595 doc fee plus 250 for plates. When i got to the dealership the manager comes out with a paper that has list of fees as $750 recondition fee. $1500 destination fee. $2000 fee if you don't finance with them. $595 doc fee and $350 plate fee. We negotiated a price and i left a deposit at the end. The next day i get a call back saying they want another $1000 for the car. I asked for a refund and they said i would have to drive 2 hours again to their dealership for the refund. Very shady people. Stay away!!!! More

This business is a SCAM! BEWARE! They are selling “LEMONS” to unbeknownst consumers. The cars come with a “clean” car fax” but they are getting severely damaged vehicles and poorly repairing them and then selling them to consumers! Their service department does these “repairs” so to speak to cover up existing damages on the cars. Their entire business is a SCAM and needs to be shut down immediately. I purchased a used 2017 Infiniti Q60 from them in Nov 24, 2018. They showed me a clean car fax with no negative remarks or accidents listed. About a month ago I started hearing all sorts of strange noises coming from the car while driving. I brought it to a REAL dealership, Pepe Infiniti, so that the car could be diagnosed, since one of their selling points were “the car is still under its manufacturers warranty.” What they don’t tell you is that accidents void these warranties. Results of the diagnosis was: this car was in a rear end collision and needs major work done! The entire undercarriage of the vehicle is being pushed forward due to rear end impact. A lot of things aren’t connected correctly or had really bad work done. I have pictures to prove it. I will not trust anyone but Infiniti to perform any repairs on this vehicle because of the disgusting schemes pulled from AMG Auto. I have filed a complaint with BBB and are exploring several other avenue to get justice. AMG needs to pay out for the repairs needed to be done to Infiniti. I will be also contacting Seven On Your Side along with several other consumer protecting agency. I have also filed a complaint with NJ Consumer Affairs and will follow up in court if I have to. How can these individuals sleep at night knowing they are scamming hard working consumers??? This business is an embarrassment to be even called a car dealership and needs to be shut down immediately! More

Where do I begin! I would first like to say that Kasim a salesmen and ChristyAnn at the front desk are great employees! HOWEVER this was an out of state purchase for me I would first like to say that Kasim a salesmen and ChristyAnn at the front desk are great employees! HOWEVER this was an out of state purchase for me and it has been nothing but xxxx for me because of their DMV department there. First off today is 5/15/19 I purchased my car from AMG 3/28/19 I have yet to receive my tags from my DMV here in Delaware because of so many mix ups and miscommunication and lack of their in that department. What makes it worse is that no one in that department bothers to follow up or return calls. There is someone named Olga there that I spoke to who provided me with her email address saying she will make sure this is handled yet she has not answered 1 email and out of 5 phone calls she has returned 1. If it wasn't for ChristyAnn at the front desk I wouldn't have any information as far as an update. Olga and that department is the most unprofessional people I've had to ever deal with and I have no clue how AMG accepts them!!! Other then this the cars their are great the sales reps are great but because of me still not having my plates after almost 2 months bc of the incompetence I will rate a 1 star. Never had I ever had to deal with a company so rude that they don't even bother to return calls! I can see that I will have to make a 2 hour drive to get this matter resolved which is just unacceptable!! More

I explained to her that if the vehicle isn't available to ley me know because I live 4 hours away. I spoke with her by phone on my date of travel (Saturday) without any mention the vehicle was sold Thursday. Upon arrival after see her walk pass me numerous times, I was handed off to another sales person Alex Cooper who indicated he bought the car on two days ago but would part with it for the right price. I told him I was pre-approve through my credit unit and requested a bill of sale by phone. He presented a deal of $52, 995 plus $3995 reconditioning fee that is attached to each car sold. If the salesmen bought the car two days prior, why should the customer have to pay another reconditioning fee for a car just sold and at a price $11000 higher than advertise. BUYERS BEWARE!!! More

They added an extra 4,000 dollars on the promised 28,000 dollars that they had promised. They lie completely lie about inspecting the car, since I had to change the oil, brakes, and tires. It will cost me an extra 800 dollars and when I call the dealers they kept ignoring me. More
