Horrible!!! RUN........ My Daughters Experience** She purchased a 2016 BMW X5 in November, I had to take it back the NEXT DAY due to the tire pressure was off. The next 2 wee My Daughters Experience** She purchased a 2016 BMW X5 in November, I had to take it back the NEXT DAY due to the tire pressure was off. The next 2 weeks Oil started leaking. We took the car back to them, They said we have to order a part to fix this issue. But they said she will be OK she can continue to drive until the appointment. Which is January 6th. My daughter took the car back ON December 30th and thank god. They advised her appointment to fix the Oil Leak is not until January 6th. She said well the truck has being a little hesitant can you just look at the brakes to make sure everything is OK They said sure. They came back out and said we can't let you drive the car off the lot, The tire is about to explode. And Oh yeah by the way you need. NEW TIRES, NEW BRAKES FRONT/BACK NEW ROTORS AND NEW TIRES!!! This vehicle was purchased on November the 8th, 2019. They also said we have to pay out of pocket for these things even though the car was just purchased and we have a 2 year warranty through them. Which they couldn't give us anything in writing saying exactly what the warranty covers. But they did say they would pay to fix the oil leak! My advise if your looking to purchase from here is RUN. The manager Alexander Nerzberg said they are only responsible to make sure the car is running enough to pass the NJ Inspection. As he screamed (which I recorded) in my face he was un-bothered and they have a team of attorneys! One last thing the mileage that was on her contract and the mileage amount that "THEY SENT" to DMV to register the vehicle was different by 2000 miles! that same manager said it is a typo!!!!! This company gets NO stars and I will continue to spread the truth about this company More
