I have always dreaded going to a dealer to purchase a car. I can honestly say that I found Atlanta Luxury Motors in Roswell, GA to have been a very positive experience. The cars that we looked at were in excellent condition and the sales person from ALM was honest, professional and answered our questions to the best of his ability. The gentleman that we worked with, Alex Dosantos, called us on at least three occasions after the sale to make sure that we were enjoying the car. At the time of purchase there was a small ding on the wheel rim. Since I bought the car used I did not expect ALM to do anything about it. Alex sent their wheel/rim specialist to my office and had Mike Taures (who was also nice and did a great job) repair the wheel at no charge to me. I would highly recommend ALM to anyone who values service, selection, honesty, and price to give ALM a chance. When I need another car that will be the first place that I will go. More

Wow!! These guys do it right! From the first contact with them via e-mail to the handing me my keys, my entire car buying experience was FANTASTIC! I found the car I wanted on cars.com. I thoroughly enjoyed spending the afternoon with John looking at cars. He was patient, knowlegeable, friendly, and willing to do what it took to get me in a car with which I would be happy. I was told that the sales tax for my tag would be included so I would not have to pay out of my pocket (that was the actual deal). The finance manager (Troy) calculated a smaller percentage for the sales tax so I would have to pay almost $700 and he claimed it was a mistake. They use a system to generate the sales tax for each state but it's not always accurate. Then don't use the system!! Stop lying and misleading your customers. Stay away because you have to buy the second key if the previous owner does not turn it in. The told me it would cost $380!! Buyer Beware of Troy!!! More

I called and spoke to Burnell Guyton, in which he invited me to come to the dealership and take a better look at the car and test drive as well. I finally decided on the car I wanted (so much to choose from) and that same day, the deal was almost executed! Burnell handled everything in a correct timely fashion and I really appreciated that being that I don't like when dealerships drag everything out and have you sitting there until closing. My experience was a smooth ride just as my new Mercedes is! I absolutely love my new car! Thank You Atlanta Luxury Motors!!!!!!!! More
My sales associate, Liranzo Kevin, met me and my son with a smile and never stopped smiing throughout the entire process of me buying a car. His attitude was very up-beat and was eager to" show me all t with a smile and never stopped smiing throughout the entire process of me buying a car. His attitude was very up-beat and was eager to" show me all the C300 Mercedes on the lot." He even brought 2 cars to the side of the office for me to look inside and out since I told him I could not walk very far due to a previous back surgery. He said "no problem; I will bring them to you." He brought 2 cars that I liked on the lot to me so I would not get spasms in my back. He was genuinely eager to answer all questions I had. He took me for a ride. He asked me to drive the car, but I declined and asked him to drive me around since I was taking strong pain medications. He was very friendly and never tried to "push a deal on me". He went to his manager on 2 different occasions to try and get the price of the car reduced. He made me feel like he was working for me to get the best possible deal he could get me.I am almost 60 yrs old and have purchased approximately 9 vehicles in my lifetime and I have NEVER been treated with as much enthusiasim and politeness as "uncle Kevin" treated me and my son. I will refer all my friends who are in the market for a BMW or Mercedes to got to MLM and ask for Kevin. In fact, my daughter-in-law is looking for a BMW that has all the features she desires. She will be coming to MLM and my son and I will be with her. Having worked with the public as a registered nurse for 29 yrs, I know how important that 1st impression is. Kevin wants to sell you a car as this is his job BUT his eagerness, politeness, and enthusiasm to make the buyer happy is genuine. You have a very good employee.
