This is the most unprofessional company I've done business with. They have failed to fulfill the contractual obligations defined in the We Owe agreement signed at the time of purchase. Each call to request follow up either goes to voicemail or someone stating they'll call us back. Guess what - they never call back. Reflecting on the sales process, the personnel were sloppy. When credit was pulled for financing, they made 4 separate inquiries when it is standard for dealerships to make 1 inquiry. We have excellent credit, so this was not a result of anything on our end. As most people know, excessive inquiries can decrease ones credit score. Lastly, we requested to transfer our license plate (specialty tag) to our new car. ALM messed up that process too. We are getting a standard plate and the Dept of Motor Vehicles says we have to come in and fill out paperwork plus pay a fee to reinstate our vanity plate. Avoid ALM. It simply is not worth this hassle. More

If I wasn't getting a good deal, I would not have travelled that far. I saved over $2,000 by buying a vehicle here and most importanly the vehilcle was in great condition and had better features than those offered by competitors. I worked with JJ and Jose Martinez who were great and made me comfortable. They were not pushy. Upon my arrival from Louisiana, JJ picked me up at the terminal and drove me to the dealership to view the X5. JJ was courteous, honest, polite and very helpful overall. Prior to flying to ATL, I viewed the pictures on the website and talked with JJ who was very knowleaable with the BMW product - a big thing for me.JJ and Jose described the vehicle before my visit and when I finally viewed the BMW X5, I was not dissapointed. To finally close the deal, JJ handed me over to David Csaszar, Finance Manager who completed everything in 30 minutes. David was friendly, has a good sense of humour, professional and straight forward and looked out for me and even secured me a good deal on bumber to bumper warranty. Overall these guys are good people. They treat you with respect and are very professional. I would highly recommend buying vehicles here whether you are in GA or out of state. Their vehicles are in great condition and offered at a competitive no hassle pricing. They won my trust, offered me a good deal and a good vehicle. Thanks, John Chumba More
