BMW girl I had the pleasure of working with Don Zorn when trading in my 2005 BMW X5 for a 2011 X5. I dont' buy cars very often, mostly because I hate the whol I had the pleasure of working with Don Zorn when trading in my 2005 BMW X5 for a 2011 X5. I dont' buy cars very often, mostly because I hate the whole car buying experience. Working with Don was very different. There was no pressure and I was treated fairly and with respect, which being a woman this is certainly appreciated since I have found most dealers try to take advantage of that fact. Getting the car from their sister company was a total nightmare, but that can not be blamed on ALM Roswell or Don. Don went out of his way to try and get the car transferred to their store. I certainly would never recommend doing business with the Marietta location. After much personal determination, the car was finally transferred and we were able to close the deal. I would recommend Don Zorn hands down! More

BMW 2011 M3 Cabrio from ALMroswell. I actually purchased the car from Canada and had it shipped to the border.. My experience was great. Larry was helpful every step of the way! It is always scary spending 45000$ without ever seeing the car in person, this is a testament to the trust I have for ALM Roswell. Also, the car had a license plate on the front bumper, as we dont have this in montreal, they refinished this area free of charge and it looks amazing. The best dealership I have worked with, I called them wanting a vehicle, I left with exactly what I wanted and a friend in Larry Jamison! Buy from these guys. More

Above and Beyond. I found this car on Autotrader.com and immediately called the dealership to see if it was still available (you never can trust the internet). I drove down from Chattanooga that same day to Roswell to test drive the car. I had to leave after work so I was really cutting it close on time. Larry stayed after on a Friday to let me test drive the car and talk me through the process. I then returned 2 days later and purchased the car and Larry stayed after closing AGAIN on a Sunday to help me through the car buying process. Great Service, Great Staff, Great Inventory. I will definily consider them next time I am in the market for a vehicle. More

Worth the drive I had searched diligently for a Porsche Panamera both locally and throughout the US. My original search first led me to another dealership in Cincina I had searched diligently for a Porsche Panamera both locally and throughout the US. My original search first led me to another dealership in Cincinatti, however, I was surprised with a call from that dealer informing me that the car was being shipped to someone else. I began my search for another car and found a newer Panamera in Atlanta at Atlanta Luxury Motors. Once I made the call, I could immediately tell that the dealership was professional and had plenty of quality vehicles in stock. I informed the dealership of my recent frustration from the Cincinatti dealership, and they assured me I would not find that treatment from their dealership. They offered to hold the vehicle and told me to take my time. Once I realized it was not possible to make it before the dealership closed, they told me not to rush and I could see them at my convenience the next morning. We made the trip to the dealership the next morning and were greeted with friendly, knowledgeable staff. They have some amazing vehicles at the dealership. My Panamera was dead center of the showroom next to a Maserati. We discussed the car and the dealer and sales manager were honest and open about any issues with the car. The trade in for my vehicle was fair. The advertised price for the Panamera was less on Cars.com, and they honored the advertised price. I was pleased with my experience and appreciated the attention to detail. I will definitely return to the dealership for another vehicle and highly recommend Atlanta Luxury Motors to anyone in the market for a luxury vehicle. More
