I made the drive to Roswell, hopeful that the SUV which caught my eye on AutoTrader would be as Don described. I was not disappointed! While on the lot, I had to browse as there were so many beautiful and reasonably priced vehicles. I would not hesitate to recommend ALM to anyone in the market for a quality vehicle. Don made this car buying experience fun and enjoyable. He is extremely personable and adjusted his schedule in order to meet me at the car lot much earlier than I had originally communicated. Couldn't Be Happier!! I found just the car I was searching for at ALM. We agreed, over the phone, on a price for that car as well as on the car I wanted to trade in. When I arrived, the car was in immaculate condition. Larry Jamison, my salesman, was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained in detail the various features of the car. We took a sufficient test drive on various types of roads. There were no "surprises" during the completion of the transaction. Larry followed up on several questions I asked of him, even after I left the dealership. Both Larry and the gentleman who completed the paperwork (Ken Bohannon) were very professional. I looked for a car at numerous sites in the Southeast U.S., and I must say that I am thrilled with the car I purchased from ALM. J.D. May More

JJ Birr was not only an interested & personable sales rep for ALM, but I liked the fact that he was like a car junkie - he knew so much about the model & features incl. how to use virtually all of them. Buying a vehicle from someone who loves cars validates the reason you are making the purchase of the type you are seeking. JJ was honest & informative about the vehicle & the major competing brands I was considering, which made my decision that much easier. More

I drove to the dealership to view the car and was immediately greeted by a sales representative. I asked for JJ since he was the associate who has answered my call. He was with a customer but I did not have to wait long. He showed me the vehicle and was able to answer any questions that I had. I told him I would be in touch. He followed up with a phone call later that day. My husband and I were able to meet with him to close the deal. The total experience was great. All of the sales associates were friendly. The finance department was stress free and very organized. I cannot say enough about them. I would highly recommend Atlanta Luxury Motors. More
Not Good I went to this dealership and bought a used 2006 mini cooper. At first all was good, we test drove it and got a fairly good price offer. But then we went in to pay for it and all the fee's added on another $1200 that they didn't tell us about! They went down on that a bit so we bought the car. It is an as-is car, yet nobody told us that it had an oil leak! So far I've had this car a week and already 3 things need to be fixed and they won't even check anything out for us, let alone fix it. Also the windshield was cracked when we bought it and they told us they would send a guy out to our house to fix the windshield, but when the day came they said we had to drive back out to them to get it fixed! Basically, they will tell you tell you anything to get you to buy the car, but in the end they don't care one bit about you or your car after you walk out those doors.... never buying from any ALM again. More

The sales manager agreed to put different rims on the vehicle and drop the price to 31 I went to buy my x5 because I have seen a decent deal online... The sales manager agreed to put different rims on the vehicle and drop the price to 31500. After we shook on this deal he came back and told me he can't do it anymore and made some stupid excuse. He then convinced me to buy a sham of a warranty for 3650.00! It doesn't cover anything because te warranty is made for domestic vehicles and not European! The hatch on the x5 was also broken. They said they fixed it and I needed to wait 24 hours to use it. According to bmw this is a load of crap(I only found out after I was hours away at home) all in all watch out for the snakes at this dealership and never buy the extended warranties. Also make them fix everything immediately. Don't believe any bs about it takes 24 hours to reset More
