STAY FAR AWAY! !!!! This dealership is the biggest SCAM ever! And their VICE PRESIDENT CADE EKES threatned to have me arrested!! TWICE!! I purchased a Kia Stinger !!!! This dealership is the biggest SCAM ever! And their VICE PRESIDENT CADE EKES threatned to have me arrested!! TWICE!! I purchased a Kia Stinger on 2/3/24. I traded my car in and signed over the title. I purchased a sunroof (to be after-market installed) a week later, but changed my mind as to not mess with the integrity of the car. For 2 months now they (JONATHAN POUNDS) have REFUSED to refund my money because my last name is different on the title. I explained I was married at the time and have since divorced and now have my maiden name back. I provided PROOF that my name was legally changed. They are continuing to say they need 'MORE' proof or I need to pay them for my trade in! Then I was threatened with arrest by the VP of the company!!! This is the worst dealership I have EVER dealt with! EXTREMELY unprofessional. And yes, I have a call in to my attorney as I write this! Oh, and they will not give me the 2nd set of keys I was promised! More

I had a great sales experience at ALM. My salesman was great. Fast forward 6 weeks later, a police officer showed up at my house to say that the tag I received 3 days earlier (after my de My salesman was great. Fast forward 6 weeks later, a police officer showed up at my house to say that the tag I received 3 days earlier (after my dealer temporary tag expired) was stolen. I called ALM and was told that they can’t help me. They said the tag was mailed the day my tag expired, 6 weeks after purchase. Since the police officer took my tag, I now have no tag on my car and can’t drive it. I took off of work today to go to the tag office and they can’t issue me a new tag until I notarize forms saying that it was lost or stolen. I’m missing work to deal with this craziness. ALM should have given me another temporary tag or something since they took too long to request the tag according to drivers services. This is the second vehicle I purchased from ALM. I had a great experience in Duluth 4 years ago but after this experience, I will not be back. Who has time to deal with this??? Update: Day 3 of dealing with this. The DMV cannot issue a replacement tag since ALM didn't request it until 12/12, the day my temporary tag expired. You have to wait 30 days. Called Jonathan this morning at 8:30 am and he promised to call corporate at 9:00 am and call me back. 1:00 pm, didn't hear back so I called him, he sent me to voicemail. I called corporate myself and they never heard from Jonathan about my tag..................... They were shocked that we were put through this by ALM Roswell and Jonathan. They emailed me a replacement tag in 5 minutes. Apparently, it's not a big deal. Our last purchase was at ALM Duluth and it was very positive. Avoid ALM Roswell. They are a mess. More
I purchased a car from this dealership on Saturday, then found out on Monday. They sold it to someone else. I left a deposit, and sent them the instructions from my bank for the loan.
