Shortest time in a dealership for purchase. Don Zorn has provide great customer service and follow up via email and text completing the deal even before setting foot at the dealership. Great Customer Service Vasil Spirov was a great salesman. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. He even went out of his way to give me Car Fax info on a car Vasil Spirov was a great salesman. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. He even went out of his way to give me Car Fax info on a car at a different lot. Which prevented me from making a terrible mistake. The upper management and finance department were great to work with as well. When the final purchase decision was made they worked around my schedule and situation so I could pick up car. Only wish they would have filled up tank on final signatures of paperwork. More

Started off good.. .... I went to see a 2013 Audi A7..the sales person that helped me was Larry Jamison. We test drove the 2013 but I spotted a 2012 Audi A7 that I li .... I went to see a 2013 Audi A7..the sales person that helped me was Larry Jamison. We test drove the 2013 but I spotted a 2012 Audi A7 that I liked instead. I was already pre approved so there wasn't much for us to do but negotiate the price. After all of that was done , I communicated with Larry each day about the process as far as going to my bank, getting the funds from my bank, he even took the time to send all info I needed including bill of sales and title. Although my work schedule fluctuates I communicated clearly what times I was available or not. The day comes where I have everything I need to sign papers, hand over the check and get the keys. Larry called me about 1pm to ask what time to expect me. I stated that I would come after work. While on the way to this dealership, he calls me and tells me he has "bad news" ... The car had just been sold even though he knew I was coming. He stated that, "these were not his vehicles to control if they get sold or not. In addition, he text me about four hours later to.. Apologize and to see if I still wanted the 2013 -_- Um sir no thank you... And then I went on on yelp and realized this is a car lot with at least 90% bad reviews. Thank goodness I missed this disaster.. Soooooo you lose! I wouldn't recommend this dealership to ANYBODY!! Bad for business!! Find somewhere else to purchase!! More
