Nasting sales people including management Buyer beware!!! Cars are ok but the customer service people are horrific!!! Nasty emails unwilling to listen. Constantly playing games. Poor treatm Buyer beware!!! Cars are ok but the customer service people are horrific!!! Nasty emails unwilling to listen. Constantly playing games. Poor treatment. Typical wheeling and dealing place that doesn't understand that customers pay bills..."im trying to gain your business" but "im not going to do this with you sir" when I called to speak to a manager I got the run around so I understand why the sales people are the way they are... The sales person that wasn't selling cars today to me was Donald Zorn. Recommend going to a real dealership . I blame myself for going to a car broker and not a regular dealership. More

We had the pleasure to work with Oscar Bryant who hands down is the best salesmen in Atlanta! Oscar Bryant demonstrated very low pressure and throughout the entire process we didn't feel any sales pressure. The negotiations were very straight forward as well as our car was priced fairly with no wasted time. Atlanta Luxury Motors are top notch and so is Oscar Bryant. Additionally, Oscar brings such a personal touch to his customers after the purchase was complete we took pics with Oscar and our new vehicle. Please go check him out and tell him the Robinson's sent you! More

Great experience I saw a black 2012 Infinity M37 with 32585 miles on both the ALM website and the TrueCar website. Rand and his manager took care of me. We negotiated I saw a black 2012 Infinity M37 with 32585 miles on both the ALM website and the TrueCar website. Rand and his manager took care of me. We negotiated an interest rate that was cheaper than my banks 3.3 percent. Plus I informed them that the car needed new rear tires. They put in it writing that they owe me two new tires. This dealership is very clean. Not congested with too much volume of cars. Also there cars a practically new since 90% of there inventory were former lease vehicles. Overall a great buying experience. The deal they gave me was too good to pass up! More

I signed their agreement and reinforced the price is inclusive of sales tax, dealer fees, documentation fees, title, registration and for the purchase price of the car. The sales mgr writes the initials on the agreement O.T.D., which he explained is out-the-door. Turns out they claimed O.T.D. does not include sales tax. I had told them South Carolina charges a flat $300 for sales tax to use in their out the door price. Despite having that discussion, they added $350 for sales tax stating I had the amount incorrect and claimed the meaning of O.T.D. to them does not include sales tax. But upfront I gave them the tax number to use in their final agreement. They claimed it was my misunderstanding. I paid the extra $350 because I wanted the car. Yes, I know, they were counting on me not leaving over $350. They were correct. But they demonstrated they lack integrity. We drove the car back to SC and warning graphic illuminated "low battery". Also the "service due" light came on. They claimed they serviced it. I'm concluding they charged the low battery to get it off their lot. They probably had no idea whether or not service had been done. It is a 2013 Volvo. The Volvo dealer replaced the battery and serviced the car under factory warranty. We got a really good car and it was at a good price. We purchased it from Atlanta Luxury Motors, called ALM. This is an enterprise to be very wary of if you are shopping for a vehicle. More
