I'm gonna try to make this short because I don't even want to waste more of my time on this place. I saw a car on their website that I was really interested in. I sent them a msg through their website, the next day I was contacted by Denny Pruitt. He knew what car I was looking at, told me it was available & we set an appointment for me to go test drive it 2 days later. I drive 1 hour to go see this vehicle. Denny is not there so he sends me a text saying someone else can help me when I get there. I get to the dealership, ready to purchase the vehicle cash if everything works out... the car is not there. They tell me the car is at arbitration and that it was never on the lot. When I called Denny to ask him about the car he had no idea where the car was, asking me all these questions that him as a salesperson who works for this dealership should know. Very unprofessional. Later he texted me and said the vehicle was showing in his inventory and had no idea what happened. As a salesperson, when you know you have a customer coming out of town to look at a specific car, you would think that you'd check to see if the car is there PHYSICALLY, not just showing in your inventory. Do your job and maybe get up from your desk and go walk outside, make sure the car will be there to test drive and stop wasting people's time! More

He is a good honest salesman that focus on his clients needs rather than his own. He went out his way multiple times to make us happy even after the sale he called to follow up to see if we had any problems or need more information. We bought a care for way more than we planned at ALM. Manager kalaephe and financial officer were great. We went shopping initially at Gwinnett United BMW to be told by rude salesman that I was to go search by myself for the car I asked about then after he told me "I can not afford it" when I pointed to a particular car I liked. Thanks to ALM staff I drove off their lot with a BMW costing $10,000 more than the one I asked about at United BMW. I so would recommend ALM More
Excellent Rand & khalifa are excellent at what they do . Worst Car buying experience ever Where do I begin. I visited this dealership about 3 times before deciding to make a purchase. Jonathan was pleasant on each visit. When I finally decided to purchase, I bought a silver, 2014 Infiniti Q50 with 18K miles. We test drove the car, asked if the car had been inspected, performed a visual inspection and checked out almost everything anybody would in buying a car. We completed the transaction and I drove off. The following day, my wife and I drove to Nashville for the weekend and we begin hearing a noise, the noise increased as the weekend went on, so first thing Monday morning we took the car to the Infiniti dealership in Marietta, GA. After being checked for the noise the Infiniti mechanic came back with some horrible news: The car had been wrecked in both the front and rear, the entire exhaust was dented and the back brakes were gone. He said that we were very lucky people. He stated that if the car had been inspected at all by the dealership, that the damage was obvious and that there was no way that car should have ever been on anyone's lot. He said there was no way that car was remotely looked at. I immediately took the car back to Atlanta Luxury Motors of Roswell and proceeded to inform them about the car they had sold. They acted as if they could have cared less. They said what do you want to do, get another one?? No one ever asked for specific details about what I had told them and the car sat there for 4 hours and no one ever looked at it. I was there for 4 hours before there was any resolution. 4 people came in, sat with salesman, test drove cars and made a purchase before I, an angry customer was even attended to. I never got an I'm sorry, how can we make amends or anything. The general manager provided the worst customer service ever and kept stating he doesn't understand why I am upset, REALLY?????? When I asked if the car had been inspected, once again they assured me that ever car on their lot goes through a thorough inspection prior to hitting the lot, When I asked how this one slipped through the crack, no one had an answer and always changed the subject. Ask me, they knew exactly what they put on the lot. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, not even my worst enemy!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Called your dealership about a silver/red maserati and the salesman that picked up put me on hold right away. Then he came on line after 2 minutes. Did not even offer an apology. Then started talking to me in slang. When I he Answered a few questions he then put me on hold again for another two minutes. I told him I was from Orlando, FL and I was comparing two cars one in tampa, fl and yours. Yours was a silver/red maserati $36491. He just disregarded and said come and see it did not care about any questions And asked me to hold on again. His answers for all questions was it was a used maserati and everything is fine come in. And then put me on hold again every time I asked a question. That was three times in less than 8 minutes. ... Hopefully this a high volume dealership. If not your in trouble with salesman like that.
