As I shared, Kassie and I were just out for a Daddy/Daughter day looking at dream cars (she’s quite the gearhead and knows more about exotics than most of the boys in her class). I did not set out to buy a car for her yesterday, but my wife and I believe very strongly that young people will learn best in the car they ultimately will drive. Our eldest girl is proof in that her TeenSurvival drivinf coach wanted to take her on in SCCA solo. I was ready to trade if I found the right car, and because of your patience and professionalism we did. I’ve bought quite a number of cars in my time, and am always ready to do what it takes to get a fair deal – sometimes it has become adversarial (which I don’t particularly enjoy) but I am capable if need be. You are quite literally the first member of your profession that got it right out of the gate. I was so appreciative because of some physical pain I am dealing with right now – I really did not want to “power up” and do battle. Thank you so much. May I also say, the way you treated my 15 year old daughter as an integral part of this transaction, and not “just a kid” was heartwarming. She told her Mom last night “it was so cool, when Dad went to use the restroom Kai sat me down at his desk and made sure this was the car I wanted, we talked about KKs car, and he said – don’t you worry – we’ll take care to make your Dad a great deal so that your big sister can see yours before she goes to college”. Awesome transaction Kai, and Adam was equally easy to deal with (so much so that I even bought a warranty – something I rarely do). Im a fan. More

I had found a car and put money down on it only to come back and the car had been sold without anyone notifying me . The dealers I worked with Kai and John really went above and beyond to try to make my experience here positive by helping me find another vehicle after . I still found a vehicle but I ended up paying more for the vehicle and it was in worse condition . the cosmetic problems with the car even after they sold my original vehicle (their mistake ) still had to be paid for by me and the dealership management still tried to do nothing to help my experience . Was just glad I had 2 salesman that worked really hard to make sure I still left the dealership with a vehicle I wanted . More

Untruthfulness and Unprofessionalism If you value online reviews, take this SERIOUSLY. I am not one to write reviews but I am going to on this one - please re-THINK buying a car from Atlanta Luxury Motors - Roswell. They are unprofessional and do not care for customer complaints after they have made a sale. They don't tell the truth and do not stand on their word. If you get tempted to buy a car from them, SIGN NOT anything until the car is fully to YOUR satisfaction or agreed to terms . Be careful when they tell you they will put new tires on your car, they will end up putting cheap imported tires that are hard to align and they don't accept responsibility. 06/30/2016 - I met the sales manager Mr. Kh..promised to give $2000 for my trade in and once on the table he backtracked on his word, I drove off the lot with am empty gas tank on promise they will reimburse or refuel my car next time I am around their office. Promise NOT kept. They installed cheap tires on my RX350 which could not aligned due to a radial pull defect on the tires. The sales manager and Office Manager were very rude and unapologetic for putting cheap tires on the car. They wasted my precious time and money. I have taken my car to Kauffman tires three times and the defect cannot be rectified on the tires - i have to buy a new set of tires to replace these defective ones. They sold me a car without Georgia Emission certificate which delayed my tags issuance until I called, only to be told to go take my car for emission. I am yet to receive my $20.00 refund for the emission. This is against Georgia law and I should have known better to trust them. They Forced Financed my car to their preferred bank lender despite having my bank approved letter. They omitted signing my copy of purchase order thus locking my bank out. When I faxed my Purchase Order my bank they said it needed to be signed by the dealer - who confirmed that they had financed my car through Ally Bank at 7.55%. How else would they have financed my car without their signature. They must have signed the original in my absence!! I was to later refinance my loan with my credit union @ 4.49%. This was very unprofessional. I felt deceived and preyed upon. PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF THE AGONY AND BUY ELSEWHERE. CAVEAT EMPTOR!! - BUYER BEWARE!!. ALM - ROSWELL IS NOT AS GOOD AS THEY MAY PROMISE - RUUUUNNNN AWAAAAY FROM THESE FOLKS. COMPANY OWNERS NEED TO CHANGE THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS DEALERSHIP. More

Very Professional, Low-Pressure, Honest Broker Experience From the initial interaction with ALM Roswell (John Zapata), the experience was professional and respectful. I reside overseas and had returned to Atl From the initial interaction with ALM Roswell (John Zapata), the experience was professional and respectful. I reside overseas and had returned to Atlanta to assist my son and daughter in relocating to new housing at their colleges as well as, in the case of my daughter, to help purchase a vehicle for her sophomore year at UGA. We gave ourselves what we believed was sufficient time to shop the local Atlanta market, but still felt the sense of urgency to close on a deal. We did our homework and prepared well. We exchanged with several dealers in the area and test drove several cars, but in the end settled on ALM Roswell and Chris Oreal to close the deal in significant part because Chris went the distance to make sure we understood everything about the entire transaction. (Full disclosure - I had not purchased a car in more than 15 years.) We *learned* a lot from Chris and decided to deal with him. Chris dealt patiently with us in win-win fashion. Our closing experience, including negotiations, was professional and quick because Chris was professional and well-prepared. I highly recommend ALM Roswell and Chris Oreal. More
