Kai and Dave were great. My wife and I needed to get another car since mine had been T-boned by another driver the previous week. We drove a BMW 3 series there and loved it. I flew in from Albertville, Al and Kai picker me up at Peachtree DeKalb AP, and that gave us plenty of time to get to know each other and the car on the ride back to the dealership. John went above and beyond to make sure that I was well informed concerning my buying options and purchasing power. I really appreciated that he was in no way pushy what-so-ever. The purchasing process was absolutely painless and surprisingly quick and that was important to me because it was my birthday. ALM Roswell is a Top Notch dealership. The entire staff was Awesome, very friendly and professional . I would recommend to my friends and family to contact John Zapata in particular for any of their car purchasing needs. Unhappy and Dissatified. Won't recommend this dealership. I purchased a used Luxury vehicle from this dealership at a great deal. Salesperson informed me car had went through inspection process and nothing wa I purchased a used Luxury vehicle from this dealership at a great deal. Salesperson informed me car had went through inspection process and nothing was wrong with it. I purchased the vehicle and brought the car back the very next day due the excessive smoking. I told them what a mechanic had told me what the potential problem could be (common problem for this make/model car). Dealership had one of their mechanics look at the car and informed me the valve cover gasket needed to be replaced and for me to leave it with them. I told them I was not happy about this I had a feeling it was more that that and asked if I could possibly bring this one back and purchase a more expensive car. Even spoke to the Sales Manager. They would not do it. I left the car with them and picked it up a couple days later. They supposedly fixed the issue. The problem was not fixed. I spent 140.00 and took it to a certified mechanic who specializes in repairing this type of vehicle. He gave me the diagnosis for the smoking issue and informed me there is a leak at the valve cover gasket also. Repairing this car is going to be very very expensive. I have contacted the dealership, neither the salesperson and sales manager responded back to me. They lied to me and sold me this car to get it off their hands. Who wants to have to spend thousands of dollars to repair a car after the just spent thousands to purchase it. More

Pleased: Mostly painless buying experience My circumstances had placed me in a situation where I needed to be in an active car search rather than the passive search that I was previously engage My circumstances had placed me in a situation where I needed to be in an active car search rather than the passive search that I was previously engaged in for the past year while buying time to save money. Yes, I was solely interested in the Infiniti G37. My dream car would have been blue. This location was only in possession of a white one. I didn't think that color was a deal breaker but looking at the white one I just couldn't do it. Never fear, John Zapata to the rescue. He tracked down a black one in my price range with lower mileage & Price and had the technology package. I was extremely pleased and pulled the trigger immediately. I am not usually one to fawn over inanimate objects but I absolutely love my Black 2013 G37. I actually sit and just stare at it. lol :) The only reasons I would not give this review a 5-star was for two reasons: 1) I reached out to my friend Randritz Hopper who no longer works at ALM & told him that I was at his former employer & was serious about making a purchase. He had contacted a salesman, who's name I cannot remember right now, & told that person that I was there & ready to buy. I was totally okay with that. The problem I had was that I had to step away to take a personal call. I asked John Zapata (who I already started working with) to give me a moment while I took the call. I had found the part of the parking lot that was the furthest away from anyone so that I could have some modicum of privacy. I did not want to be disturbed. Well, the salesperson who Randritz told about me proceeded to bum rush me from way across the parking lot. He completely ignored the social queues that a normal person would pick up on. Queues like don't disturb someone when they are on the phone and maybe, ...just maybe .... if they're way across the parking lot then they might be interested in not being disturbed and having some privacy. I found this individual extremely rude and insensitive. This guy needs training. This issue relates to customer service. 2) The other problem I had that prevented me from giving this review 5-stars is that they did not give Randritz Hopper the referral fee that he deserved. I was at ALM because of him. Were it not for him I would not be there. Yet I found out later that ALM had basically ripped him off. I consider this unprofessional and perhaps a bit shady. If I had not dealt with John Zapata, would I have been treated with the same dishonor? This issue speaks to the company's integrity and respectability. More
