Alan performed his business extremely professionallyand most importantly without any pressure tactics. He spent all the time that I needed and was never in a rush or less keen in his efforts to meeting my requirements. I went to buy a Lexus - ended up buying a BMW X5 and Audi Q7 and traded off my older Infiniti. It was ready for me to look at when I got there, and he showed me a couple of other similar vehicles as well. I liked what I saw, we talked numbers and the deal was done. The actual sales process was quick and efficient, not a lot of wasted time or haggling. There was no pressure, I was given time to myself and it was a very comfortable and casual environment and Larry's follow up with me, post sale, has been excellent.
